27 Jun 2010 Zodiac, It’s Origins and History

One of the great mysteries is the origin of the Zodiac, and the significance of the figures used in ancient times to represent the various star groups of the constellations.

So far, despite extensive research by archeologists and others in the scientific world, no light has been shed on the problem of exactly where and when the Zodiac and it’s symbols were designed. They certainly pre-date all the records of the oldest of civilisations, and have remained unchanged throughout the ages.

The Zodiac of the Akkadians, one of the most ancient peoples, who reached the height of their civilisation between 24BC and 22BC, is almost identical to the one we know today. These ancient people brought with them the rudiments of writing and mathematics when they invaded Assyria and Babylonia.

29 Apr 2010 Jupiter Joins the Game Packing

    May 13th – Oct 11, 2010

In my article Big Trouble in the Outfield, I forecasted nightmares and frustration as Saturn tugged on Uranus and Neptune through most of this Spring. Jupiter is going to join the game just as Saturn and Uranus are winding down their plays, and before he is finished, he will bring Pluto up to bat with a loaded bat. Some of us may end up knocked all the way out into the bleachers, before this summer is over.

Jupiter’s voyage through Pisces will bring him to join the Saturn-Uranus opposition as he opposes Saturn and then conjuncts Uranus in May and June. Then, as he leaves Uranus, he will move to a square with Pluto that will begin late in June. Then in July Jupiter will be in retrograde, while still squaring Pluto, and Saturn and Uranus will come back for the last peak of their opposition. In August, while Jupiter and Pluto are still square, Saturn will move ahead to oppose Jupiter and create a T-square with Pluto. Squares are bad. Oppositions are kind of bad. Conjunctions can be bad or good depending upon the planets and circumstances. And, T-squares are the worst.
