He lived from 1564-1616 and was born in Stratford upon Avon. He spent much time with Lord Chamberlain’s company. No paintings of Shakespeare were painted during his lifetime.

Shakespeare was an English play writer and poet and lived from 1564 to 1616.He was born in Stratford-Avon-in Warwickshire and was baptized on 26th April 1564. It is thought that no paintings of Shakespeare were painted when he was alive so we can’t be sure what he looked like, but we do know that he spent his acting career with Lord Chamberlain’s Company.

His family:- Shakespeare married a woman in 1582 named Anne Hatheway who was a daughter of a farmer. In a year’s time after their marriage they had a baby daughter, and then later in 1585 they had twins and all lived happily ever after.

Towards the end of his life Shakespeare had become a wealthy man and lived in his home town. He died on 23 April 1616 and was buried in Holy Trinity Church in Stratford. ‘The First Folio’ was the very first published collection of his works in 1623.

Shakespeare’s plays:- Type of plays he wrote:-

The type of plays he did were comedys, romance, tragedy, tragicomedy and history plays.

Comedys are a funny play which usually ends with a happy ending. Tragedy always has a death or two in. A revenge tragedy such as Titus Andronicus, one kill happens and then sets off into a killing chain. Romance storys such as Romeo and Juliet are mainly about love and companionship. Tragic comedy is a play that involves bad luck and unfortunate events but is still funny because its comedy. History plays are the type of plays based on English kings and there life and troubles.

Famous plays William Shakespeare wrote:- Some of his most famous plays are Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream, King Henry V, King Lear, Macbeth, Othello and Antony and Cleopatra.

A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream:- A Midsummer’s night dream is a play about two fairies and the fairy king and queen fall out and the queen gets given a boy from her friend to look after and Oberon the king or fairies is jealous and get his little helper to put the juice from a flour into her eyes and makes her fall in love with a worker named bottom who’s been given a head of a donkeys to try and humiliate her… There is much written about this world renowned playwright and his extremely clever use of words. We shall be continuing to delve into the life history of Shakespeare in future articles.

Death is defined as just rest place and stop gap
Journey to heavenly abode and considered right step
Birth in next world, if that is desired, dependent on His will
Happy ending if one is contended and rightly feels

It is not preferred by anybody but till it comes
No one is happy about it and doesn’t welcome
New birth is celebrated with joy and fun fare
No one tries to knows how it comes and from where?

If death really would not have been the fear factor?
People would have interfered in all the sectors
Leaving of this world makes them real little scary
Otherwise they would have been left with no worry

They could have defied temporal authority
Simply not have bowed head before almighty
Life would have been made tough and living hell
Things could have been made dreary and not well

Death is welcome step and good gesture
Everybody is having final day decided for future
Not a second can be shifted from here and there
You got to feel comfortable, very safe and stay here

Why He doesn’t interfere in day today’s routine?
Why do we console ourselves even after not doing fine?
It is our inner strength that holds us together
Death or no death we simply don’t bother

We must accept it as immortal factor
We come here in life to play as actor
No one cares or try to know what the life is all about?
Is it punishment to suffer in life or opt out?

Life is precious gift to human being
He can be either very poor or king
He may lead it with fun fare and joy
Though life may be simply decoy

Life should not considered as burden
We can make it beautiful like heaven
It has its own charm and purpose
We must mean it and not to suppose

Life is to be enjoyed with full length
It is not weakness but real strength
What one needs to know is its mission?
Leave the life decently with good liaison

You may not have chance to revisit place
No one can grant you permission to replace
It has to be spent with grace and happiness
Pray the almighty for His mercy and kindness

We must bow our head with gratitude
We should have generous and nice attitude
Life and dearth is synonymous thing
It is part of cycle and that speaks something

Fate or free will is a continuing conundrum in human society as is the philosophical rhetoric about evolution or creationism. I am going to tackle both in this article. Why? When studying a subject that has a prophetic nature, fate or free will is a central point. When studying the cosmos as your field of possibilities, it is natural to wonder how it all came about. If you have a firm belief system in one or the other of either pair of ideas under discussion, such belief system negates the possibility of examining all avenues of approach. It does not make you right, it just makes you rigid. We all come to the table with preconditioning, religious or philosophical beliefs, and experiences that have directed us in a specific manner. Since life is so varied and complex, one experience or belief system just does not cover all the possibilities. Sure, you can explain it all with a blanket statement of your personal beliefs. But again, this does not make you right and you will not convince others who lack your conditioning, beliefs or experiences.

What I have been describing is our personal perspective, that which has been produced by the influences from our society and family, our growing and becoming, the insights and realizations, the fears and frights, and the group activities that capture our beliefs. The first 31 years of my life were a valid description of my history based on what I just described. At that time I had a startling awareness, a glimpse into experience that my prior conditioning could not support or explain. A tiny hole appeared in what I had held to be absolute. Being a curious type, I asked questions. The answers slowly but surely illustrated that I was rigid but not necessarily right in some of my preconceptions. To many of the questions that were raised during that period of my life I held to my previous answers as valid. However, many other questions poked more holes in my rigidity as I discovered I was not always right, even when I fervently believed I was right. I learned not to be afraid to question. The world as I knew it would not totally fall apart just because I asked a question. I could remain healthy and still in charge of my personal world. If I could have that kind of releasing experience, anyone could, if they truly wanted to. They just have to be willing to trust themselves.

As an astrologer and a metaphysician I have learned the value of being open to all the experience provided by the universe, employing discernment for what belongs to and with me, recognizing that I am a growing, changing, work in progress and that it is okay. Does that mean I am always open? No, but I have learned to be more open. I have learned that I am not always as smart as I think I am and that the universe has more answers than I have questions. To question one’s existence and personal place within that existence is natural. It should not be frightening, should not be termed a crime and can actually be fun. One by one I have examined many of my own points of rigidity and have learned to relax more and trust myself in my choices. Needless to say I have changed over the years and that has not pleased those around me in all instances. That is okay as well, it is my mind, my beliefs and my life.

What about fate and free will? The conditioning of our society (USA) is that we have free will. That is not necessarily true of other societies. As I studied metaphysics I learned that we have far more ability to direct our individual lives than we realize. That has added to my recognition of free will. I do feel that our free will is dependent on our awareness at any moment and that it is not ultimate for every person. If you are not aware of possibility, it is difficult to move awareness to probability.

As I have studied astrology and learned about the cycles and the timing of events in people’s lives, I have discovered there is a pattern at work, which as pattern could be considered fated. As I have experienced a long life, I have seen the concept of fate and/or destiny at work in my life and the lives of many others. Just how do you reconcile these two points of view? I believe there is room for both.

We don’t arrive on earth with an instruction manual or at least one that is identified as such (your astrology chart does help). We seem to come in with a reasonably clean slate and our experiences write on that slate as we become. What if we arrived on Earth purposefully? What if we have life to grow and become… for a purpose? If there is purpose to our existence does that not lend itself to a more fated concept? Yet, what we do with ourselves and our life is continually based in free will choices, Can you see both viewpoints operating simultaneously? Is it not possible that my life has purpose but that I get to make choices in whether or not I serve that purpose? Choice implies just that. I may have come with intent but I may choose not to serve that intent and that is my choice. The two terms are not mutually exclusive.

This is where I have come to in my thinking. Yes, there is a lot more to my thinking on this subject, but this does illustrate this one point. Reason this pair of words through your own mind to see where you personally see life. Is it fated? Is there free will? Or…is there room for both?

Our next conundrum is evolution or creationism. I am not going to get into a protracted religious discussion because to me it is not just about religion. Let us start with the big bang theory, the current favorite in the scientific community. Everything we see and that which is still invisible to us – everything – came into existence from a singularity – all at one time. It came from an indescribable nothingness and spread in every direction, but not uniformly. There are thick areas and empty areas of the cosmos. The thick areas are filled with galaxies, nebula, solar systems, and all sorts of cosmic material… and us. We are not sure if there is anything in the empty areas, they only look empty to us.

Religion believes that a deity spoke or acted in some way and everything came from nothingness, the act of creation itself. Are you seeing any similarity between the two theories because theories are what each are? If I say the cosmos exploded into being or the Creator created, the big bang concept fits both theories. I don’t see an argument here.

Belief in a creator or deity is a personal perspective. Belief in no such possibility is a personal perspective as well. Science is an intellectual frame of mind. Religion is an emotional frame of mind. Both intellect and emotion are valuable facets to human beings, probably equal in value. If you live and experience both intellectually and emotionally you will have a reasonably balanced set of experiences. If you exclude one and live totally in the other you are experiencing only half of the possibilities to life and it does not matter which is experienced and which is excluded. Both are valuable, exclusion simply halves your possibilities and this is a common practice. To practice such exclusion is a personal choice and preference, but that is all it is.

Science looks around at life and the relics of the history of our world in particular and the cosmos in general. Based on those relics and related research, science reaches conclusions as to the age of the universe, our planet and humanity. Science includes the concept of evolution based on natural selection, Based on this understanding and the archeological evidence, this is an intellectual approach.

People of a book, those that believe in a specific holy book, story or legend, or holy figure follow that book, story, legend, or holy figure as a way of life. Their conclusions come from a community of belief that naturally filters through their emotions, which are quite powerful. Who is to say which is right and which is wrong? Both have value, both are strongly felt and held, it is truly a matter of personal preference. Unfortunately these two seem to be mutually exclusive.

I have been around a long time. In my long and busy life experience I have never found a spot where the creative principle that formed this cosmos (whatever it is) left a message carved in stone and signed to dissolve any doubt. I have room in my consciousness for both evolution and deity. I am not limited. I like feeling my emotions and I enjoy the exercise of my intellect. I prefer to experience all of life that is possible to me, emotional and intellectual, scientific and inspiring, evolutionary and creative. I prefer to live a life that is not just rigid or with selected parts based on conclusions that are really not my own. This is my personal perspective and you have a personal perspective of your own. Enjoy your journey.

Ten thousand years ago humans discovered agriculture and the illusion of security that it gave drove them away from hunting and gathering and into the earth destroying practices which have gotten us where we are. It’s obvious to see why they would have liked what agriculture presented them with; the ability to have control and security. Having control over ones amount of food was the ultimate power. Starvation would be a thing of the past. Every day would be the best day, and there would be no suffering. Pain could be eliminated from life. Ever since those first seeds were sewn, humans have been increasingly seeking security and control in life. This security is really an illusion which, in the long run, does nothing to prevent suffering and reduces quality of life in the short term.

The Illusion

Security of this type is actually an illusion, for the increased control in life, suffering is not reduced in the long run. We are merely postponing suffering by exchanging many small amounts of pain for one large catastrophic one. There is no way to eliminate pain or death, we are simply postponing it and making it more catastrophic. Our culture doesn’t embrace and teach us how to properly deal with pain, instead we try to pretend like it doesn’t exist. for the sake of security. We bet it all on one and assume we will win every round, this is not security, this is stupidity and we will eventually loose big. Every economist will tell you how important diversification is. Yet there are few people nervous about relying a handful of cereal grains to feed the entire world. We loose many of the best parts of life by relying on security. That is diversity, which is the sole reason we are here.

Why we’re fooled

Our culture can be a primary source to blame for our seeking of security. A lifestyle that places great emphasis on security is the one portrayed in the mainstream media. We are taught this every day of our lives, so we seek out secure jobs and living situations and wait until we retire for the good stuff. Our culture puts way too much value in planning, and not enough in being present. We fear the unknown, which may be a culturally learned behavior, as our culture puts so much emphasis on planning and control. We are taught that control is good.

However, where do you draw the line between human nature and civilized human nature. Early humans did make the decision to adapt agriculture after discovering it. Was it that the ones in power realized they could acquire wealth, or was it that some wanted more control of life; a way out of pain. This seems likely, as no animal enjoys feeling pain. If an animal were presented with a way out of pain, it would take it. It seems that early humans were simply trying to avoid pain, but were not outright seeking security and planning their lives in the way that modern culture propogates.

Modern Examples

It’s a fact that the majority of people hate their jobs. I repeat, the majority of people spend the majority of their hours awake doing things they rather wouldn’t. You hear it over and over again. “the pay is good, the benefits are too, and if I only work another 20 years I get my pension.” However, they are not working the job for those things, they are working it because they are scared. They have been taught every day of their lives to seek security and they have found it. Why would they throw that away. Many people also stay in unhappy or even abusive relationships for the security they offer.

What To Do

People need to realize that pain is just a part of life and figure out how to deal with it instead of trying to pretend like it doesn’t exist. You need to analyze your current situation and think about what is making you happy and what isn’t. Then, figure out why you are doing the things that make you unhappy. Figure out where you have clearly traded happiness for security. After this you simply need to develop the courage to make a change. And always remember that when presented with two bad choices to take the third. Never accept the lie that their aren’t other options. There are always other options. Make the life you want.

You are desperate. You have looked for a job for months and found nothing. You called all your friends and family, searched job sites, applied at the unemployment office and still…nothing. You pray. You pray hard. “God please.” The baby suddenly cries and you realize you are out of milk. At the grocery store, you run into an old friend you have not seen in years. You chat about old times and life and mention your job situation and he tells you that he recently just spoke to someone who told him of a job that is perfect for you. It is exactly what you love to do. It is in your field and you are qualified. Furthermore, it pays more than you have ever earned and has benefits twice as good as your previous job. You can hardly believe it. If the baby had not cried right then, you would have missed this connection. Wow.

You are overjoyed. You call the contact. It turns out to be a guy you know from school. You shoot the breeze and he invites you in for an interview. The interview goes swell. The second interview happens to be with a woman you met the previous year at a convention. The coincidence is mind bogglingly. She loves you. “You’ll be great in this position. I’ll call you in three days.”

Three days pass. Nothing. You call. They decided to eliminate the position to save money. Or worse, they decided to hire someone else. You are in the exact same situation as you were before, but now there is a tinge of pain.

“Serendipity,” noun-a chance meeting that leads to something good. “Errendipity,” noun-a chance meeting, occurrence or coincidence, thought to be something good, positive or lucky, that leads… to nothing.” Serendipity is based on an old Persian word for Sri Lanka: Sarendip. Perhaps its slight antithesis should be some unreal or imaginary place-like a mirage. Maybe the word should be “Mirageny” or “Miragenous”-when something you want appears suddenly and unexpectedly in your hand, then vanishes.

The home team is down by one point. Two seconds remain in the game. The press is on. The crowd screams. Your teammate snatches the in-bound ball and passes quickly to you at mid-court. You pivot. You jump. You shoot in milliseconds. Just before the buzzer. The ball arcs in slow-motion straight for the basket. The crowd holds its breath. It looks good. Your heart wants out of your body. The ball hits the rim. Bangs the board. Then the rim again…loops around…and around… and around…and… falls… out. Yes, out, not in. You lose! It was close though. So close. But you lose.

That situation calls for another word we need to create. It is not the same as “Errendipity” or “Mirageny.” Answers to prayers are called miracles. What is the opposite of a miracle? The definition of miracle is “a wonderful occurrence oft attributed to supernatural powers.” What would be an occurrence that appears miraculous, but turns out to be nothing? How about a “Nearacle” -almost a miracle? Or maybe “Miracal”-it looks like a miracle at first glace, but is not. Nearacles produce situations in which people sigh in disappointment. “Sighful” situations. Or maybe something like the opposite of awesome…”Naahsome.”

Life, of course, is full of such Naahsome, Errendipitous, Miragenous Nearacles. When you are trying to make it in Hollywood, exponentially so-the producer that was wild over your screenplay gets fired. The exec that green-lighted your film changes her mind. The label says you cannot do your favorite song. The star you were banking on becomes unavailable. A film similar to yours does bad boxoffice. The star who turned down the role you later booked decides she will do the part after all. Test audiences go boo-no release. Your script sticks in development. Turnaround. They do not renew the option. The suits do not like your rewrite. The label promotes another artist ahead of you again. The financing falls through. It rains in Spain on the plain and the price of rice in China goes through the roof.

The motivational speaker Les Brown says this: “A dream can be nurtured over years and years and then flourish rapidly. Be patient. It will happen for you. Sooner or later, life will get weary of beating on you and holding the door shut on you, and then it will let you in and throw you a real party.”

Les is probably right. But in the meantime, why not learn to thank God for our Nearacles and accept that they too are all part of the gift of life. They are certainly fixtures on the road to your dreams-especially if those dreams include making it in Hollywood.
